All orders are custom and require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Goods will ship when invoice is paid in full, including shipping costs, which are calculated per order.
LEAD TIMES
Lead times are generally between 10-12 weeks. Lead times begin upon receipt of deposit payment and finalizing order details. Lead times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Production delays may occur due to global challenges that are out of our control.
RETURNS
Because of the handmade nature of our product, we are not able to offer returns. Cancellations may not be possible once your order is placed. The marble depicted in images may not be exact representation of the piece you purchase. We cannot accept any returns based on variation in the marble from image to piece.
WARRANTY
If upon receiving your item you discover a defect, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find the best resolution.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Damage caused by improper cleaning. Damage caused by improper installation by the customer. Damage caused by improper use by customer, such as moisture left on surfaces. Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment. Cost of removal, installation or re-installation. Restoration or repair work.
DAMAGES
Damages must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. SURUN is not responsible for repair or replacement of damages reported after this time. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver, as failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
